Stainless Steel Pulleys

Premium Grade:

Used in applications where food contact and sanitary conditions are required.
Diameters from 2” OD to 3.5” OD up to 26” long. 4” OD to 4.5” OD up to 32” long. 5” OD to 8” OD up to 40” long
Flat or crowned face.
All surfaces to be machined to a 32 Ra. Finish. Surfaces will be “seamless”.
Welds will not be visible.
Available in plain bore hub style only and MUST include axle.
Flush end-plates.
Approval drawing included on Premium Grade pulleys at no extra charge.
All components are 304 stainless steel.

Used in applications where direct food contact DOES NOT occur.
Diameters from 2” OD to 12” OD and lengths up to 56” long.
Flat or crowned face.
Surface is “glass bead” finished to 64-125 Ra.
Welds are ground then “glass bead” finished.
Flush 3/8” thick end-plates.
Hub types available include plain bore, keyway & set-screw, ball bearings (mild steel or stainless) or any hub/bushing combination.
All components are 304 stainless steel with the exception of the ball bearings (unless requested).

Used for corrosive or wet industrial applications and is NOT a “food grade” pulley.
Diameters from 2” OD to 12” OD and lengths up to 56” long.
Flat or crowned face.
Surface is “glass bead” finished to 64-125 Ra.
Hub types available include plain bore, keyway & set-screw, ball bearings (carbon steel or stainless) or any type of tapered hub/bushing combination.
All components are 304 stainless steel with the exception of the ball bearings (unless requested).
