• Heavy Duty – 3" to 8" OD
• Multiple sprockets & grooves available per roller
• Place sprockets & grooves anywhere on roller
• Material Available:
  - Mild Steel
  - Stainless Steel
• Bearings Available (seals & shields options on all types):
  - Non-Precision – stamped metal housing, economical solution for light loads & slow speeds.
  - Semi-Precision – machined metal housing; heavy loads, high speeds, quiet operation
  - Presision - machined hardened and polished metal housing with or without polypropylene adapters; heavy loads, high speeds, quiet operation.
  - Bushings – UHMW, hardwood, Teflon and nylon
Grooved Rollers – round urethane belt driven rollers used in lineshaft conveyor
• 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" OD
• Shafts from ¼" to ¾"
Sprocketed Rollers – chain driven, powered rollers used in chain driven live roller (CDLR) applications
• 1.9" OD to 8" OD
• Sprocket Options:
  - Wide variety of widths, diameters and pitches, standards are 40,50,60 and 80 series A-plate.
  - A,B,C-Hub in single, double, triple and quad strands
• Shafts from ¼" to 3-7/16"
