 Belt Tracker Series

HW-Heavy Wall Series:

  • Features Machined Dual Crown technology, which increases the belt life over conventional center crown configuration.
  • Features a thicker wall and end disks for heavier package and unit handling applications.
    • Benefits of thicker wall:
      • Prolongs rim wear in abrasive applications
      • Used where impact loads are a concern
      • Used when special diameters or tolerances are required
  • Dual crown shape is recommended by belting manufacturers.

Heavy Wall Series

Opti-Crown Drum Pulleys:

  • Designed for bulk material handling applications
  • Features CEMA (Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association) standard taper (1/16” to 1/8” taper per foot on diameter)
  • 6” flat at center prevents premature wear of the belt
  • Features hubs continuously welded to both sides of end disk to ensure a strong connection

Opti-Crown Wing Pulleys:

  • Designed for bulk material handling applications
  • A “self cleaning” pulley because the wings are used to “slap” the belt to remove debris and keep the belt tracking properly

Opti-Crown Mine Duty Drum Pulleys:

  • These rock-solid pulleys are built for the demanding conditions of mining.
  • Features heavier wall and heavier end disk construction than a standard duty drum pulley.
  • Acts as an inexpensive insurance where down time is not wanted
  • Features hubs continuously welded to both sides of end disk to ensure a strong connection

Opti-Crown Mine Duty Wing Pulleys:

  • These rock-solid pulleys are built for the demanding conditions of mining
  • Features heavier construction than a standard duty wing pulley
  • Gussets and reinforcing rings are included as a standard on MD Wing pulleys to aid in removing tramp material and help brace the wing from fold over
  • Thicker wings and wing tips for added conveyor pulley life

Spiral Drum Pulleys:

  • A pair of vertical steel bars are helically wound around a standard duty or mine duty drum pulley
  • Unique design reduces buildup between the belt and pulley while providing continuous belt contact in applications where a wing pulley cannot be used

Spiral Wing Pulleys:

  • An excellent way to track a belt in applications where a wing pulley is required
  • Helically wound steel bars around the wing to move the belt toward the center of the pulley
  • Design keeps the face clean by allowing debris to fall through

 Stainless Steel Pulleys
